THE SCIENCE OF SUPPER CLUBS

Guests:  Laura Heisler, Director of Programming, Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation and Director, Wisconsin Science Festival;  Heidi Zoerb, Assistant Dean, UW-Madison College of Agricultural and Life Sciences

Only in Wisconsin can we highlight the culture of Supper Clubs!  On this program, Laura Heisler and Heidi Zoerb share how Wisconsin agriculture, culture, history and science will all come together at the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery on Friday night, October 17 as a Hallmark Event of the Wisconsin Science Festival.

Learn about the history of Supper Clubs.   Enjoy the Wisconsin Supper Club experience - from Old-Fashioneds to the Relish Tray to the standard meat and fish courses that have been standard fare at Supper Clubs throughout the state for decades. Attendance and food samples are available free to the public. For the full dinner adventure, advance ticket sales are required.
