THE NEW FACE OF ELECTIONS: WHAT NOW? WHAT NEXT?

Guests:  Professor Barry Burden, Dept. of Political Science, UW-Madison; Andrea Kaminski, Executive Director, League of Women Voters of Wisconsin

The risk of confusion reigns as we head toward the fall election.  Changes in Wisconsin election laws such as absentee voting restrictions and the recent ruling requiring Voter photo ID for the November 4th election, have created many questions.

On this program, Professor Barry Burden and Andrea Kaminski, explain what Wisconsin voters will need at the polls to prove their identity and how to obtain it, the rationale behind the new Voter ID requirements, what evidence exists for fraud, and other election reforms moving across the country.
