Are you one of the 20% of people who suffer jaw, neck, shoulder, back, hip, knee, ankle or foot pain - severe enough to seek medical attention? If you are, you know how painful and debilitating musculoskeletal issues can be! Now a new pilot program recently launched at Group Health Cooperative provides same day PT services in the Urgent Care Clinic - delivering the care you need at the time you need it.

On this All About Living program, Diane Harlowe, Manager of the Physical & Occupational Therapy at GHC-SCW who speared this innovative approach to PT and Dan Russo, Physical Therapist, who helped design the same day delivery of PT in Group Health Cooperative's Urgent Care Clinics, talk about the benefits of this innovative service: the ability to directly get patients to the treatment they need which can improve outcomes, enhance patient satisfaction, and streamline patient care at the same time.

Diane and Dan are the first to admit that prevention is the best path to wellness. With that in mind, they also share significant tips for better living and preventive health.
