Kathleen Woit served as President of the Madison Community Foundation for 16 years. Her recent retirement offered this opportunity to have her reflect on those years and how the growth of the MCF paralleled, influenced and supported what was important to the Dane County community. Under her leadership, the Madison Community Foundation grew from $40 million to $131 million in assets.
